I have been listening to 9am Monday for a bit. It may have been my evolutionary buddy Simone Peer who turned me on to Nic Askew’s short films that do something. They bring me to a thoughtful pause. My breathing slows down, I’m more aware and in tune and I immerse myself into the ah of now. I loved this one about finding the extraordinary in the ordinary.
