Ellen Britt is co-founder of Everyday Qi, an organization bringing you the best in health, wellness and personal development information. She is also the executive producer of the Telly Award-winning relaxation video The Fifth Season, and the creator of a complete introductory course in using guided imagery, Guided Imagery Essentials. Ellen’s areas of particular interest and expertise include guided imagery, stress management and the effects of a natural environment on human emotion.
“Stress is the body’s reaction to any change. And that change can be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual or more often be a combination of all four of those things. Stress is a component of almost any disease process that you can name both emotional and physical. “
Contrary to popular belief stress cannot be managed, however our reaction to stress can be. Managing our stress leads to stress resiliency, the ability to bounce back from stress. Ellen shared guided imagery as her primary tool for stress resiliency. She also provided a special offer on her Guided Imagery Package for Self Care Mastery members.
