Protection is the very thing I am pondering at the moment. I have been told by energy workers that I need protection because I am too open. I have some kind of M.E/lyme/energy problem, often, when I am in busy places my energy is sucked out, I am working on the symptoms so much with regard to meridian work, emotional work, I'm trying to find protection but it's proving elusive. My body energys often get out of sync, blocked ect, I'm vibrant and warm usually but still need to get to the bottom of this energy difficulty! E – represents “Energy” & “Enthusiasm” from our “heart” that glows and grows with love. This energy continually exudes from our bodies as golden beams of brilliance flowing throughout the galaxy and beyond. A – represents “Attitude” & “Awareness” of our immense and beautiful boundless being that is generated from our “heart”, affirming our value, our “I”! R – represents “Radiating” & “Rippling” of joy & love from our “heart” throughout the cosmos, filling people with inspiration, kindness and gratitude for who we are and what we know to be true. T – represents the “Transformation” caused by our “heart” that makes us whole, allowing us to be one with ourselves and with others. May your H.E.A.R.T. be strong! Peace to all!
