Authoritarian leadership is an old paradigm reality. The top down approach, of a leader who is the receptacle of power for a group and the ‘followers’ who vest the leader with power to act in their collective best interest, is swirling in the winds of yesteryear.

What wants to happen now is ‘leaderful-ness.’ It is a quality of participating ‘in leadership’ with others. When you are aware of who you are being, you are no less than masterful of your energy. You know who you are and how to dance with the moment. You engage life.

Each one of you, no matter what the adventure, are in agreement to be fully and brilliantly you. And yet, in this brilliance you are in connection with what wants to happen now. Everyone gets to lead the dance powerfully and passionately, in the streams that are calling you into your knowing.

Our chief want is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be. Ralph Waldo Emerson

In your own work, in your own community, the call is to lead your tribe into their brilliance. Every member can answer the call to dance delightfully in magnificence, to collaborate consciously and to unleash their essence into this moment. The greatest gift of leaderfulness is to bring others into leading their own energy. You can then meet heart to heart, essence to essence, and share the gift and power of your being with the world.

Relinquish Protection

In many healing traditions practitioners are taught to protect themselves with white light, pyramids, prayers, and grids. I just did a google search and there were 93,400 results for ‘lightworker protection.’ Why protect a lightworker? Protect from what? You are a being of light and yet, in physicality, whatever darkness you experience is as surely [...]

Beyond the Rules

What if you chose to live outside the lines, beyond the rules? You know which rules I’m talking about: the ones that constrict your energy, limit your expression,  diminish your power. Unplugging from the matrix of assumptions, of what’s ‘right’ and ‘wrong,’ ‘should’ and ‘can’t,’ requires a willingness to curiously question the stirrings within you. [...]

Transparency: The New Freedom

Remember a time when you pretended to be who you were not. Notice what happens when you slather on another layer of ‘not you.’ The problem with living with lies, the big ones or the little ones, is the baggage buildup. The web of deceit chokes the life out of your essence and clutters the [...]

Choose Your Way

Ever had one of those moments when you made a decision and then you backed out of it? Then you changed your mind again, alternating between yes and no. It seemed that the more you went back and forth, the more you were gripped by uncertainty, the more you were crippled by the internal chaos [...]
