In the northern hemisphere spring is singing its alivening tune – bird’s are chirping delightedly and the freshness of the morning leaves a fragrant blanket of life’s embrace at your doorstep.

I am grateful to have my mother live very close. I see her every day, bury my nose in her neck during my hugs and inhale her sweet loving scent. There’s NO one who smells like my Mom! I could stay nestled in that hug forever.

Take a moment to appreciate the life-givers and nurturers in your world. Breathe in deeply, exhale slowly and expand effortlessly into all. Feel your essence filled with the immensity of LOVE and LIFE that is available to you always. Know the sheer joy that it is to bring something to life – whether it’s a child or your dreams. Your ability to make life come alive is a deep treasure and your gift to creation.

Cherish the transformation that comes from experiencing the bliss of creation. Bask in it and know that life is MORE because you chose to engage it fully! May you enjoy the treasure of today in the company of loved ones.

Bring Christmas Home

I know that most folks are sending out their Christmas greetings and gifts at this time. What if we brought it home, into our daily lives, as an every moment conversation vs a yearly celebration? It feels to me that the time is NOW to BRING HOME this energy of abundance, appreciation and connection.

I notice how often I still search for what I don’t have vs ALL that I am.
I notice how n I’ll view someone critically vs seeing what’s TRUE about them.
I see how I shut down when I don’t get what I want vs opening up to what is REALLY on offer.

What if we brought home these gifts, to ourselves first and then to our interconnected web of life. It all starts with YOU! You can’t give what you aren’t and Christmas begins at home, in your own being. Step into it right now.

Position yourself in front of a mirror. Take a deep breath, slowly and rhythmically, synching and linking up with your heart.
On the exhale close your eyes and allow yourself to release all that is no longer YOU in this moment.
See yourself as part of this interconnected web of life, notice your connection to the Heart of Source. Feel your superconnection to all the hearts in all dimensions, places and spaces. Sense the rhythmic pulsing of Life, and feel yourself sourced from this space.
Slowly and gently take in 3 deep breaths allowing this awareness to fully line up in your body.
On the last exhale, slowly open your eyes and acknowledge the magnificent gift that you are to yourself and to ALL right NOW!

Every day is an opportunity to step past the illusion of WHO you appear to be and to step into yourself as a being of light, love and transformation . . . right here, right now.

I Am Xmas

It’s Christmas eve
and as I sit
Am filled with
peace and light
Friends sharing
tales of xmas cheer
Bring heart warmed
tears to sight

As I think back
thru this past year
And all the shining souls
Who’ve graced my heart,
thru day and night
My gratitude unfolds

The pulse of life
springs eagerly
It’s mirrored
in my voice
My body
echoes vibrantly
The Knowing
is my choice

I am the heart
that beats within
Stars twinkling
thru the haze
A mothers hug,
lover’s caress
A child’s adoring gaze

To all who’ve graced me
with their touch
My thought to you is this
Know you are light
and hope and love
For you are
ALL there IS!
