Lead the Way
Authoritarian leadership is an old paradigm reality. The top down approach, of a leader who is the receptacle of power for a group and the ‘followers' who vest the leader with power to act in their collective best interest, is swirling in the winds of yesteryear.
What wants to happen now is ‘leaderful-ness.' It is a quality of participating ‘in leadership' with others. When you are aware of who you are being, you are no less than masterful of your energy. You know who you are and how to dance with the moment. You engage life.
Each one of you, no matter what the adventure, are in agreement to be fully and brilliantly you. And yet, in this brilliance you are in connection with what wants to happen now. Everyone gets to lead the dance powerfully and passionately, in the streams that are calling you into your knowing.

The greatest gift of leaderfulness is to bring others into leading their own energy. You can then meet heart to heart, essence to essence, and share the gift and power of your being with the world.

Today’s call was truly awesome, my energy was vibrating very high in the presence of Solari, Santari, Jane, You and EveryOne. Thank you soooo much for your generosity in all you’ve shared and made available to us in these last 31 days.
A few months ago I knew it was time for me to connect with some bigger energies and now I know I have found people who are doing the work of personal and global transformation and it was happening right there on the call. Woods and I were listening together and the part when the work was being done to clear past collective trauma touched me very deeply. Wow! I am so inspired and I am so glad I was led to connect with you.
As you know I am feeling the call to start a network in Virginia and I am setting out to start that fired by this bigger energy and knowing I am connected with this tribe.

This was quite a nice bonus call today! Thank you Adela and thank you for all you have given us over these 30 plus days!!
There were big ideas brought to play today and specific instructions for action too. It was like having a real coaching call. My pen was busy!!! I will look at their websites and I will be in touch.
“Do the work.” I heard you say on one of the calls. I have felt so connected to my source since doing these shifts, that I am working more and reaping the benefits of my expressive productivity.
