Once you are born, any experience of separation, instead of oneness – oneness being any virtuous behavior or thought – creates separation and interferes with the flow of the quantum field. 4. Spend Time in Nature. Nature is probably the purest form of love. Simply being out and appreciating natural beauty, we'll experience love. Nature literally realigns the molecules of your body in a more harmonious manner, so that the body simply works better.
5. Notice More. When you feel crummy you may not want to think nice thoughts. You can, however, step into mindfulness and focus on what you feel. The act of noticing the moment transforms it. The perfect act of loving yourself is to allow yourself to feel whatever you're feeling.
